Join me as I start running again after having a baby. I am starting from scratch, back to the basics for this body. This program requires 4 days each week and each work-out lasts about an hour. I hope to see you out around town and I hope you see me running for 45 minutes straight 12 weeks from now!
It’s an OFF week! Enjoy your time off, we will be hitting it hard from here on out.

A friend has opened up a random draw group for this coming Nike Women’s Half-Marathon. If you are interested in doing this run I highly suggest registering with this team.

I have to admit I let my training go this week, the end of the school year as taken it’s toll. A big shout out to those teachers who work so hard to educate our children. Deanna, you are one of them!
This week we will be meeting again in the orchard (Sat., June 1) but this time we will be going 4 miles. If you feel overwhelmed by that, just come and do what you can do. I’ll see ya all bright and early, 6:30 am at my home!
Aright Ladies, this is our first week. Day 1-2 miles, Day 2-3 miles, and Day 3-3 miles. No Saturday run this week. Have fun with this, recruit a friend, just “Do the thing!”
Just a heads up that the fees for the Folsom Blues Half/2 Person relay will increase on Thursday.
Just a quick reminder that we will have our first run/walk/wog this Saturday, May 18 at 6:30am at my home. Just park in the gravel lot or in the front drive. We will have a quick meeting and then go out for 3 miles.
