The 100 Workout

Hi Ladies,
I found this on the internet and thought it might be something fun to try.  Let me know what you think.

The 100 Workout
100 Jumping Jacks
90 Crunches
80 Squats
70 Leg Lifts (35 on each side)
60 Jumping Jacks
50 Crunches (this time go side to side working your obliques)
40 Squats
30 Leg Lifts (15 on each side)
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Minutes of Walking/Jogging/Running
