Aright Ladies, this is our first week. Day 1-2 miles, Day 2-3 miles, and Day 3-3 miles. No Saturday run this week. Have fun with this, recruit a friend, just “Do the thing!”
Just a heads up that the fees for the Folsom Blues Half/2 Person relay will increase on Thursday.
Just a quick reminder that we will have our first run/walk/wog this Saturday, May 18 at 6:30am at my home. Just park in the gravel lot or in the front drive. We will have a quick meeting and then go out for 3 miles.

On May 18, 2013 we will begin training for the Folsom Blues Half Marathon/2 Person Relay. We will meet at my home at 6:30 am to run/walk/wog 3 miles and have a 15 minute team meeting. I will have a training schedule & log for you at that time. We will also discuss training groups and figure out who is interested in the 2 person relay. Can’t wait to see all of you again!
I am contemplating restarting our group to train for a half-marathon in October located in Folsom. The date of the race is Saturday, October 19, 2013. Here is a link to the race http://www.folsomblueshalf.org/
I am trying to get an idea of how many people may be interested in doing this race. Please either comment here or like or comment on our Facebook page. Our first run would be Saturday, May 18th at 6:30 am at my home. It would be 3 miles and we would have a short meeting then. We would base most of the Saturday runs out of my home, we would use the orchard and surrounding roads that way I don’t have to find childcare for my kiddos, plus we would have access to water and….a toilet (we all know how important that can be).
